Production

At Sebastiens we are proud to offer a range of fine leather watch straps.

Each one of our straps are completely made to order and handmade by expert artisans.

For made to order straps please allow 7-10 days for production. For our ready made products such as our watch rolls and rubber straps. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch.

Once your order has been successfully packed and dispatched from our office, we will send you a direct email, including tracking information.

Certainly! A lot of our business comes from bespoke made straps and we love every new challenge of creating a strap tailored to your exact specifications.

Each one of our straps is handcrafted from carefully selected materials. Our artisans use traditional leather craft techniques combined with modern design elements to create the most premium watch straps on todays market.

Not to worry! If you don’t see the size you need, please select our “Other” option. Once you reach checkout, you can leave a order note specififying your exact size requirements and we will make sure the strap is made to your specifications.

Shipping

We are proud to partner with UPS for all international orders to provide a fast and secure method of delivery. For international customers, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.


For domestic customers within the United Kingdom, delivery is 1-2 days and shipped with Royal Mail.

Please note that whilst we do our best to be as accurate as possible with our delivery times, sometimes delays may occur which result in delivery times to be slightly longer than usual.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our small office in England, United Kingdom.

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched from our office, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email which will include courier details and tracking information.

All of our prices include customs, therefore you will not face any unexpected customs charges or fees whilst taking receipt of delivery.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum spend.

Returns

We strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss return options.

Please note that bespoke made items are not eligible for returns.

If your return has been approved and returned, we aim to refund all returned orders in full within 7 days.

All customers have a 30 day period to return items purchased via our website. For more information on returns and refunds, click here

Customers are required to pay for the cost of returns.
