We ship our products to most countries, provided your delivery address is serviceable by our courier partners

If your order doesn't meet these delivery criteria, we regret that we will not be able to fulfil it.

Product Details

Our products, referred to as "items" or "products," are listed on our website with detailed descriptions. While we strive to provide accurate photos and information, minor variations—especially in colour—may occur due to the nature of leather and screen display settings.

Please note:
  • Some watch straps may require metal or plastic inserts that are not available through our website.

  • Made-to-order straps can be edited within 48 hours of purchase—after that, changes cannot be made.

  • We ask for your watch brand and model as a reference only. You're responsible for ensuring the strap measurements match your watch and wrist.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via express courier to the address you provide. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or virtual addresses.

Once dispatched, we’ll notify you by email and include tracking information (where available). Items may ship separately depending on the products ordered.

If delivery is delayed beyond seven days of the promised date, and you're based in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order. To do so, you must send a formal request via tracked post or email.

In case of shipping damage, you must notify the courier within three days of receiving your item.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives defective or doesn’t match your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase

  • Returned with a short note including your order number and explaining the reason for return.

Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order/bespoke straps) cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via email at info@sebastiens.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
