Thank you for shopping at Sebastiens.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please carefully review our returns policy below for more information.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log in our create an account here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process the refund within 7 days. Sebastiens cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items.

Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for bespoke made or personalised products. Sebastiens do not cover the cost of returns. The cost of returns will need to be paid by the buyer.
