We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to all of our valued customers. Our shipping times vary depending on your location and the item you choose at checkout.
All shipments outside of Europe are shipped with our delivery partner, UPS Express and take 2-4 working days to be delivered from leaving our office in England. We ship worldwide, from London to Tokyo to New York to Dubai and we are proud to offer Complimentary Delivery, with no minimum spend.
Preparation for Shipping
We aim to package and dispatch all ready stock watch straps within 1-2 days. Please note that for all made to order watch straps and bespoke size watch straps, our production time is 10-14 days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our workshop, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your courier and tracking details.
